v Introduction:
People have different preferences towards available life options. Same is true for the statement "health is wealth". What exactly is it? an easy preference that signifies health is superior to wealth? Or a comprehensive statement that indicates health and wealth are linked with one another , systematically and dynamically?
v Value & Importance in Life:
In fact, without health, wealth wouldn't be of much use. What would you are doing with many euros within the face of an incurable disease? Thus, one among the primary duties of man is to preserve his physical, mental and spiritual health.
Your health is priceless, always remember it. So if you're sick, hear your body lecture you or shouting at you that it cannot take it any more and provides it the means to heal from all its ailments.
Health may be a comprehensive concept, it includes physical strength, mental power and spiritual-wellness of an individual . On the opposite hand, wealth is that the richness of an individual i.e. abundance of cash and worldly items. "Health is Wealth" may be a simple statement but its meaning is so fabulous when deeply thought. People now a days refer the statement as when an individual is healthy, he's capable of creating wealth. On the contrary, if one isn't healthy he/she cannot work productively, and hence won't be ready to generate income for independent living. This explanation is true but the deep meaning of this claim are often understood by the words of Virgil: "The greatest wealth is health." Mr. Virgil is trying to enlighten the concept that the best wealth is health, not money or worldly items. there's nothing more valuable in our life than having an honest health.
Patrick Meagher said: "Some people are so poor, all they need is money." Nowadays people are influenced by wealth improperly that they do not even care about their health, the best wealth. they do not understand that without health there's no real happiness and enviable success. an individual with poor health is unable to enjoy the pleasures of life. i feel such people are foolish enough because they are doing not care about their health. Our first priority should be to take care of our health within the best way.
How? 'Or' What ? By different means consistent with the order of priority of every person and therefore the seriousness of his case.

ü At the physical level :
- Change the way you eat and do detoxification or detoxification treatments for your whole body. Avoid all excess, toxic substances (alcohol, tobacco, drugs, chemicals).

- Cultivate your harmony in the least levels (physical, mental, spiritual) and avoid all toxic people.

- Operate in positive mode to draw in Love, the essential light for a harmonious and balanced life.
- Heal all of your soul wounds which may sometimes return to your conception in your mother's womb.
- Smile a day for all times and don't forget to marvel as a toddler because it's this inner child who holds the best secret of eternal youth.
- Practice relaxation with relaxing Zen music.
ü At the spiritual level:
- Awaken your being to the essential (essence-heaven) and find your true intrinsic nature.
- Vibrate your soul through sounds, music, singing, silence,
- Practice disciplines that elevate you wish Gi gong, Tai chi, Yoga ...
- Practice Zen meditation to boost the vibration of the cells of your human body , for others it might be meditations in silence, prayers of meditation ...
- Awaken your consciousness to a cosmic dimension of the person .
The most important thing in life is to measure this moment intensely with enthusiasm because the past is past and there's no tomorrow. This single moment lived every day crazy , in dignity, in respect of Self, your entourage and your environment will always bring you a joy of life and good health!
v Conclusion:
There are multiple methods and practices by which an individual can stay healthy; Spending time in natural environment i.e. visiting parks and gardens. workout is additionally essential e.g. morning walks, playing sports, etc., it keeps an individual smart and healthy. Water is that the cure for all kinds of illness, so drink water to remain healthy and fit. Eating a diet keeps people faraway from different illness and diseases. it's said that: "Early to bed and early to rise, makes a person healthy, wealthy and wise." Abandon unhealthy practices and habits e.g. smoking, drinking and shooting up because it harms internal parts of our body. Always be optimistic and cheerful because: "Laughter/smile is that the best medicine." On the contrary, an unhappy person is more susceptible to fatigue and other illness.
Remember, living a healthy life are often the best gift you'll give yourself because one cannot enjoy life if he/she is unhealthy. additionally , we must not harm our health by running madly behind wealth. i might wish to conclude my essay on the great words of Mae West: "You only live once, but if you are doing it right, once is enough."
